Cancellation Policy

The customer has the right to cancel the ordering process of floor installation before starting project preparations that include site scheduling, procurement of materials, provision of equipment, or labor assignment. The request for cancellation should be made to our company for consideration and acceptance.

In the case of custom-made floor restoration services, treatment of the surfaces in special cases, provision of custom-made materials, or in cases when services have been initiated, no cancellation will be considered upon initiation of preparation or provision of services.

Refund Eligibility

The process followed in the evaluation of any request for refunds is professional and unbiased. The circumstances under which refunds can be requested include:

  • Cancellation approved before project preparation or service commencement.
  • Unavailability of required materials or resources necessary for project completion.
  • Service limitations identified before work begins.
  • Verified issues related to project specifications that prevent service delivery.
  • Approved cancellations in accordance with the agreed service terms.

Service Inspection and Reporting

We ensure that our quality craftsmanship standards apply to all the flooring jobs we carry out. Customers who have issues regarding the quality of sanding, polishing, or restoration services provided should bring the same to our attention within seven days from completion of the job.

Before any adjustments, modifications, or hiring another contractor can be carried out, customers should contact us directly first.

Refund Processing Timeline

After your request for refund is processed and approved, we begin the refund process right away. The duration it takes for money to reflect in the account will depend on the mode of payment, bank, and processing policies. 

While we process refunds approved by us within a reasonable time, external payment agencies can affect the overall duration of this process.
